Want to include redirect.pizza in your own uptime monitoring? Use our ping endpoint. It's served by the same edge network that handles your redirects, so a successful response confirms that the network is reachable and responding.
Monitoring the edge network
https://edge.redirect.pizza/.well-known/redirect-pizza/ping
Add this URL to your monitoring tool and check for a successful HTTP response (status code 200).
Monitoring your own hostname
The same endpoint is available on every hostname that's redirecting through redirect.pizza. That lets you verify the whole chain for a specific hostname: DNS, SSL and the edge network.
https://example.com/.well-known/redirect-pizza/ping
Replace example.com with a hostname you've configured in redirect.pizza.
What to check
A successful HTTP response is enough: it confirms that the request reached the edge network and that we're responding. For the status of the platform as a whole, see our status page, where you can also subscribe to updates.
