What happens if the traffic limit is exceeded?

The Free plan has a monthly traffic limit. All paid plans include unlimited traffic.

If you exceed the monthly traffic limit, we'll automatically notify all account owners by email.

You will then have 7 days to take action. Your options are:

  • Reduce the number of requests flowing through redirect.pizza.
  • Remove redirects that are generating unusually high traffic.
  • Upgrade to a paid plan, which includes unlimited traffic.

If no action is taken within 7 days, your redirects will be stopped automatically. You'll also receive an email notification when this happens.

Upgrading to a paid plan immediately lifts the restriction, and your redirects will resume within a few minutes.

If you’ve taken steps to reduce traffic manually, you may contact support. Once we verify the drop in requests, we'll remove the overusage flag from your account.
